Information on offsite availability for vessels over 28 feet and jet powered water crafts is available upon request. (Note: maximum beam with: 9’ 6”). Fees/Charges: SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONTACT OCEAN POINTE FOR MOST UP TO DATE FEES. \-Ocean Pointe charges a Marina Facility Fee of $40.00 per night plus tax. Holidays and Lobster Mini-Season will be an additional $15.00 per night over the base fee. Monthly stays are a flat $300.00 plus tax per month. This fee allows for use of the boat washing stations, boat launch (in/out) and facilitating the parking of your trailer on property. \- Wet slips are available at $3.00 per foot per night plus tax during Season (Mar.15-Sept. 15 & Dec. 15-Jan. 15); $2.50 per foot per night plus tax during Off-Season (Jan. 16-Mar. 14 & Sept. 16-Dec. 14); $4.00 per foot per night plus tax on holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend); and $5.00 per foot per night plus tax on Lobster Mini-Season. \-Monthly Slip Rentals Only: Monthly slip rentals for vessels up to 22 feet in length are available for $1500.00 per month; monthly slip rentals for boats over 22 feet but under 28 feet are available for $2000.00 per month. For a monthly slip rental 25% of the first month’s rental is required as a deposit. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Notice of cancellation is required at least two weeks prior to arrival date for cancellation with refund. The communication from the get go was timely. The home is beautifully decorated and supplied with plenty of kitchen dishes/utensils. Beds are comfortable and the entire unit was clean. The complex was enjoyable. We spent most of our time at the pool, but also used the tennis courts and walked to the beach/pier. My sister got married a few miles down the road and the entire wedding rented condos at ocean point. We all had an amazing time but i think our condo was one of the better ones. We have a 1 1/2 year old so it was amazingly convenient to have a pack and play, toys, a highchair and a pack and play. The condo had everything we needed. The beach area was small but it was perfect for us with our young baby. The pool was nice and big and the pool bar was great as well. I would 100% stay here again. ##### Morgan C. This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. They had everything we needed on our stay. The owners thought of everything you may need on your stay. Our family rented multiple units at ocean pointe and this one surpassed them all. There was plenty of space for our four children. The small beach is great for the kids too. ##### christine w. The property was amazing. Well designed and the hosts thought of everything possible to accommodate us. The beds were fabulous! Normally I have a hard time sleeping in a new bed on vacation but each night as soon as my head hit the pillow I was out! Sheet quality was amazing as well. This was a great value to accommodate 4 adults in bedrooms and 2 kids on the pull-out couch. The condo was true to the photos--lovely, peaceful decor and comfortable accommodations. The whole family enjoyed the pool. It was never crowded and family-friendly. Kids enjoyed exploring along the pier and beach area. The only drawback was there wasn't a comfortable table we could all sit around for cards or board games, but we made do with the coffee table. Not a bad trade-off at all! We could tell the hosts really worked hard to ensure guests' needs are met and their service was outstanding when it came to one maintenance issue. Would stay here again! ##### Elaine H. This property is beautiful and spacious. It's modern and clean and well equipped. My only complaint is that the elevator broke and we had to carry our bags down 2 flights of stairs. We could see the ocean. Well stocked kitchen, including a coffee setup. Beds and linens were great. Master bath was clean with little extras. Guest bathroom toilet took time to refill between flushes. The listing was accurate, however the Vrbo search engine indicated that the condo was 32 miles from the Everglades NP. That distance is as the crow flies. It is actually 44 miles from the closest entrance, and 1 hour away.Would recommend this booking, but not for the Everglades NP. ##### Rebecca C.
