TVs in every room. BBQ, smoker, ice maker, two paddle boards. Outdoor seating and dining. Two Hammocks. TV (55 in) outdoors. Washer/Dryer units upstairs AND downstairs. Plenty of parking and amenities. Great for two couples/families renting together since the downstairs space (2-1) is a separate apartment with a private entrance. Dock for 24ft max boat.
