The Space: Relax & Recharge or plan your next great adventure at our quaint condo with lush mangrove and ocean views nestled on 60 secluded acres in Tavernier, a hidden gem between Key Largo and Islamorada. This immaculate two bedroom two bath condo features thoughtful and creative decor that perfectly blends style, comfort, and convenience. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite master bathroom and flat screen TV, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed perfect for family vacationers. The suite can also accommodate up to six people with the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room which also has a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked including a blender and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit for your convenience. While the Florida Keys aren't known for their vast beaches, you can still stroll the tropical woodlands and enjoy the sandy beach area within the property. The closest public beach is Anne's Beach, located in south Islamorada. However, we highly recommend getting out on the water to experience the Keys fully. We have world-class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking, making it a perfect getaway destination. Ocean Pointe is close to a wide range of top notch restaurants, shopping plaza, movie theater, charter fishing, glass bottom boats, swim with the Dolphins park and many more fun places to visit. Guest Access: Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The Neighborhood: Ocean Pointe Suites, nestled on 60 exclusive acres in South Key Largo, is gated and manned 24/7\. This ocean side condo is only 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Sanctuary. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available its not surprising that the cuisine of the keys is largely built around the catch of the day. Getting Around: Having a vehicle is highly recommended with vacationing in the keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests- 2 cars max- no commercial vehicles. Other Things to Note: Please treat me home as if it was your own. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. Our family of 5 stayed here for a week! It was perfect, the kids loved the pool ALOT! The beach was nice a quiet. We enjoyed a game of tennis. Felt like we were close enough to everything. Pull out couch was the most comfortable my daughter has slept on. Plenty of room for my family. Great location. Only slight issue was with fitted sheets on king bed kept sliding off and the ice maker didn’t work. To be fair we never contacted the owner as it was a minor inconvenience and we worked around it. ##### Jason U. The unit was just a right for our needs, had a lovely view and the property had a beautiful small beach, great pool and a (actually very hot) hot tub. They had a place on site at the beach to rent snorkeling gear and kayaks. We saw a lot of cool things and gave us practice for being out in the ocean snorkeling. The pool and hot tub was nice. The property and condo exceeded our expectations. The area has plenty of dining choices. Islamorada is 10 min with even more choices. We spent most of our time at waterfront dining In Islamorada. The choices are endless. The property boasts a nice pier and cafe with a great happy hour. Huge pool and parking for your boat if you have one. Nothing bad to say about the property. It is well maintained. There were many extras that other rentals do not include like soap, shampoo, garbage bags, coffee & filters, pool towels and more. We were missing the iron & a new one was delivered to our room within hours. The view was wonderful & so peaceful. The condo community had so many amenities - pool, pool bar & food, sit-down restaurant, beach, gazebos, tennis & more. I cannot say enough about how great this was.
