Come unwind in our tropically inspired 2 bedroom 2 bath condo – an escape to paradise awaits! This vacation condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and living area. We are set on a 60 acre sanctuary– no city lights – no traffic sound - simply paradise! Close to all attractions in Key Largo and Islamorada. Snorkeling, diving, fishing, birding, dining are available within minutes. Enjoy our private sandy beach, pool and marina. Relax…Recharge. Resort with us! Our beautiful two bedroom/ two bath condo boast two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and the guest bedroom will have either two twins or one queen (we would be happy to note either bedding type in your reservation but please note that condo assignments are done the day of arrival.) The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, full size range, microwave, dishwasher, basic pot and pan, silverware, dishes, blender, and toaster. For your comfort towels and sheets are provided, including pool towels. There condo also have a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The living room area has a pull out queen size sleeper sofa. Sunbathe on our private beach or on the sundeck of our junior Olympic size swimming pool with Jacuzzi. Please note condos are individually owned and actual décor may vary from photos. This listing is only the accommodation, it DOES NOT include space on the marina and/or trailer parking for a boat. If you are interested in bringing a boat, you must contact the Property Management of Ocean Pointe Suites/Dock Master in order to reserve a space after making a reservation for the condo. Check in time is at 5PM and checkout is by 11AM. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day to accommodate late arrivals or early checkouts. Please feel free to contact our front desk anytime during your stay should you have questions, need suggestions, or need additional housekeeping or maintenance items. A refundable credit card deposit of $50 per day on a major credit card is required at check in. No RV’s, trailers, jet boats, or jet ski’s are permitted on property. Additional fees, insurance requirements, and advance reservations are required if bringing a boat. Minimum check in age for the cardholder must be 21 or older. This location was convenient to a variety of local activities and restaurants, and both comfortable and quiet. A short morning walk to the pier on the waterfront provided a stunning sunrise and several memorable pics. The unit was well equipped and provided all needed amenities. Furniture shown initially was newer and more modern. About a week before our arrival, I noticed the pictures changed to different furniture and decor and the beautiful picture of the beach was missing. Each time I did this, it took a while to get a response. When we arrived, check in was offsite but went smoothly, the condo looked like the newer photos with older furniture (bummer!). The place was tidy and had clean bedding and towels, but cabinets and floor were filthy like they hadn't been wiped down in a very long time. And remotes weren't working so we had to swap out batteries. Sticky finger prints all over the cabinets, and when you put a white towel on the floor to soak up water, it came up very dirty. Additionally, my oldest son and his girlfriend planned to stay on the hideabed but the bed was broken and un-level and you could feel the support bars through the mattress. I had to take pillows off other beds to give them pillows. The other beds were comfy though. We reached out to management about this and they said they would have maintenence look at it but that didn't happen before our second night so we left early. The view from the 4th floor of the condo was nice, and the towels and waters they left were nice. The beach area looked like it needed some maintenence as well. I think the resort needs to hire some more adequate staff. Its in an awesome location! ##### Katy K. Later we noticed the bottom of our feet were black after coming out of the shower and walking on the dark carpet- suspect the carpet had not been clean for a long time. No beach/pool towels. We have stayed six times in a number of units at Ocean Pointe, this was the worst. Poor quality on some of the trim and/or repairs to the unit walls.
