The pool was very clean and the beach area was small but well maintained. Boat dock onsite but shoreline fishing was limited in location spots. The condo had a playpen but no other amenities for children. The resort was also limited in activities for younger children, mostly pool and beach with swing set only for playing. The furniture is sturdy and very good quality. The mattresses are comfortable. From booking to leaving, everything was great! The condo was clean and stocked with a few necessities, along with a few books and games. Pool towels were also provided. The owners were wonderful to work with. The pool and beach were very enjoyable. The location of the condo is great. Beach is small and has no waves. Pool is great with a snack bar. About 1 1/2-2 hours from key west. Condo is big enough for 4 but not more.
