Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and budget-friendly getaways, its an ideal home base for Key West road trippers, snowbirds, seafood lovers, divers, snorkelers, and anglers. Relax above it all and enjoy the true Island time in the Florida Keys. The Space: With thoughtful and creative touches both inside and out mixed with a keen attention to the smallest of details, this oceanfront condo exudes a breezy sense of magic, whimsy and laid back Florida Keys style. Upon entering the home you’ll be greeted by the blue-green colors of the Atlantic and lush mangroves of the protected nature preserve. You'll find coastal inspired two bedroom two bathroom apartment tastefully decorated kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding, including stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Gather in the open concept living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with superior 400 thread count sheets, flat screen television and step out balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has a shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. This condo is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet weekend in The Keys. Getting Around: Having a vehicle is highly recommended while vacationing in The Keys. There is plenty of parking on property for our guests ( 2 cars max - No Electric car chargers on property) Other Things to Note: Please treat me home as if it was your own. If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay. MARINA INFORMATION: Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet. Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. The condo was great, exactly as detailed. The location is great and conveniently located. The bedding and beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked for our brief stay. Our host was communicative and helpful. The properties facilities were quite nice, just be prepared for a pool in the summer that feels more like a hot tub at 95 degrees! ##### Michael K. This is our 5th stay! It’s just me and hubby but condo complex is perfect for families, young and old. We rent bikes from Backcountry Cowboy about 10 minutes down the road. The area is very bike friendly! This year we took the Pigeon Key tour and went to the Dry Tortugas on a ferry out of Key West. Key West is a 2 hour drive but very easy and scenic. After exploring we relax by the pool or beach. Security is good. Only residents of the complex are let in the gate. I highly recommend! ##### Maureen D. The condo has everything that you could need and the view from the windows is beautiful! We found it to be very quiet. Due to the number of condo buildings and units, getting two chairs at the pool is not easy. However, we truly enjoyed the beach which is very quiet and beautiful. Tavernier allows you to be in the middle from Key Largo and Islamorada. There are plenty of restaurants in those towns and there is a CVS and Winn Dixie less than 3 miles from the complex. The grounds are very nice and kept up extremely well. ##### Alice M. We had a terrific time at this Tavernier property and it fit three brothers perfectly. Check-in was easy and the villa/condo was as advertised. Beds were big and comfortable, as was the sleeper sofa. Plenty of cooking items and utensils. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes very well, but that was a minor inconvenience. Loved having excellent ocean views throughout the day. The other amenities (e.g., pool, harbor, etc.) were nice though we didn't partake much due to the cooler temps in late January. Still, quite close to other options in Tavernier and Key Largo. Speaking of Largo, he was our host and he responded quickly and capably anytime I had a request, even with tips on fishing charters. First, what isn’t in the description is that the complex is surrounded by conservation land. That alone was amazing - we watched the sun rise and listened to the birds off the porch. The colony of feral cats (well cared for) is adorable too - all in all the property has just the right amount of “real Florida” feel while providing all the amenities. The condo was exactly what we needed - had pool towels, a cooler, pickle ball set… pool is huge and clean. Laundry is super helpful! We spent three days - snorkeling at John Pennekamp State Park (you can snorkel right off Cannon Beach, renting all the equipment you need), eco-tour at Biscayne National Park and a half day at Bahia Honda State Park (beach is amazing and you can rent umbrellas at the snack shack) and then continued to Key West. We liked the upper and middle keys much more then Key West but you have to do it at least once!! Henrietta’s, Pinecrest Bakery and Robbie’s for breakfast (you have to feed the tarpon at Robbie’s!). Loreleis for an amazing sunset dinner and live music and Snappers for drinks at the outside bar (we were the only tourists here and the locals were so friendly). What the Fish for a casual dockside supper - the crab cake sandwich has curry and is delicious. All had fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. We love to travel and rarely return to the same place twice but this is a place I can see us returning - great trip and this condo made it a great value ##### Laura D.
