"Very bright safety light in the room that you could not turn off. Made it hard to sleep. Also, AC could not keep up. Bathroom door had a huge gap, so no privacy whatsoever. You could hear and see everything , if you know what I mean. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Tv remote took over 15 seconds to register what buttons you were hitting. Outlets didn’t all work, USB’s didn’t work at all. Hotel could use an upgrade."

"When our room was cleaned they changed out the towels and took trash. Empty paper roll for toilet and dead bugs on floor. Only half cleaned. Not good. Then a dinner reservation was made for Sunday inside and then we find out that restaurant isn't closed on Sunday so eating on the veranda. Staff should have known that when taking reservation. Not impressed. Tom Moreno here"

"My only complaint was learning there is a different charge each night Monday through Friday and the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Convenient to Hospital and restaurants."
