8/10 Very good! (481 reviews)
Amazing location just opposite the main train station which has a huge variety of shops and made eating out very easy and cost efficient. Absolutely didn’t need hotel breakfast due to a huge range of choice just outside the hotel. Perfect location to discover Leipzig from. Travelled with two teenage children so took the family room on the 7th floor which was perfect as it is interconnected but has its own door and we all shared the one bathroom as it was essentially one room booking. Would definitely go back. Staff were very helpful if needed.

"Rooms need either air conditioning or better ceiling fans. When it gets hot, there is no way to get proper airflow. If you open the windows, the insects will come inside your room. Please also add a microwave to the rooms. Shower was clogged with hair and the water could not evacuate. I had to unclog ..."

"When I originally booked my stay, comments from previous guests described the decor as old and outdated. I found the opposite. The building is old (German poet Schiller once stayed there), but the room was modern throughout with walk in shower and staff very professional and polite. Breakfast was ..."

Frequently asked questions
How much does a Tausa travel package cost?
From as little as £309. Yes, you read that right. Our Tausa travel packages are an easy way to make your budget last longer. Combine your preferred hotels, flights and rental car and get to know this popular destination.
If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Tausa travel package?
Don't worry if you're rethinking your Tausa travel package — you can cancel or amend your booking. And if you've booked it within the last 24 hours, you may be able to do it for free. However, bookings made more than 24 hours ago may incur charges from your hotel, airline or car rental company. How do I get a cheap travel package to Tausa?
Our Tausa travel packages mean plenty of savings for the savvy globetrotter. For the best deals, simply combine your flights, hotels and extras (such as activities) into a handy package. But great bargains are just the beginning of your next awesome adventure. When you book with Expedia, you'll have more than 550 air carriers and 1,000,000 hotels all over the world to choose from. Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Tausa holidays?
Your bank balance shouldn't prevent you from escaping on holiday, so Expedia has worked out a solution to help. Now that we've teamed up with online lender Klarna, it's easier than ever to book a dream getaway without eating away at your savings. Klarna offers flexible payment options during the checkout process that take the worry out of budgeting for your break. Consider one of these flexible payment options:
- Pay monthly holidays: Escape on that dream holiday sooner with Klarna's easy monthly instalment plans. If making small repayments each month sounds right for you, pick this option at checkout.
- Pay in instalments holidays: Like the idea of paying down your holiday in multiple transactions? Then select this Book Now, Pay Later option from Klarna.
- Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than the full total upfront) makes it easier to hit that "book now" button, opt for a low deposit holiday payment plan with Klarna.
How far in advance should I book my Tausa holiday?
It's hard to pick the best time for airfares, but we usually say the earlier, the better. Plenty of international journeys on Expedia become available up to a year in advance. If you can't book ahead, don't despair. Bargain prices appear from time to time within a few weeks of departure dates.
What does an Expedia Tausa travel package include?
From flights and hotels to car rentals, Expedia can help you craft a Tausa package that suits you. Holidaying for a week or two? Look into a hotel, flight and rental car bundle. If you're taking a quick break, an airfare and hotel deal could be what you're after. Experiences can also be added after you've booked. Our travel packages make it a cinch to save and plan.
What should I know before booking a Tausa travel package?
Get ready to save with an Expedia travel package. Bundle your flights, rental cars and hotels and unlock great discounts. You're not restricted to hotels, however. We have island resorts, rural cottages and even houseboats and castles!
Can I choose my airline with a Tausa Expedia travel package?
