"We really enjoyed our overnight stay, service was great. The staff were lovely and made the whole experience hassle free. Our room was a nice size, bathroom was very clean, showers were amazing! Was very lovely, peaceful and quiet. Will definitely be back when we are ever back in Tauranga."

"the property was too old. No shower ,soap n shampoo provide .Bad smell inside property.No water supply in the morning. cant even blush my teeth. I need to make breakfast n rush to Rotorua for hot pool, now i hv to eat outside,pay extra,but cant get in the hot pool as im late. pls make a refund ."
