This property has the potential for 5 stars, great location, modern townhouse. However I could only give 3 stars because of the little things that make a vrbo feel like home. There was no toilet paper in the main bathroom and end of rolls in the others. No dish cloths (although they want dishes washed) no oven mitts, no books, magazines, brochures etc. The link to the ‘house manual’ that was sent in an email did not work. After messaging a couple of times this was not resolved. The ‘smart’ thermostat displayed a message that it was not connected so we could not adjust the temperature at all. Even with a phone call from the rental management this was not resolved.
