Ideally located 10 minutes from Morlaix, Carantec, and Roscoff, this house is the perfect place to recharge in a peaceful setting, while remaining close to all amenities. The Space: Ground floor: \- Large living/dining room with access to the terrace/garden \- Bright lounge with television and sound system \- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and crockery. \- One bedroom with a double bed and a desk area, ideal for working from home. \- Separate WC \- Equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer, second fridge-freezer, clothes racks, storage space, and cleaning supplies. 1rst Floor: – One bedroom with a king-size bed and dressing room – One bedroom with a double bed and a library – A bathroom with shower and toilet Outside: – Main garden facing southwest with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol. – Private, uncovered outdoor swimming pool (8 x 4 m) heated to 27°C.
