"Room is a little awkwardly shaped because of the ceiling i.e the bathroom door doesn’t open up all the way because of it. Large parking lot but if you leave and come back in the afternoon it may be hard to find a spot because everyone from the aqua city parks there. I would suggest a few designated spots for hotel guests. Every staff member was great, the restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was very good! "

"We stayed here for a couple of nights room was tired but that's the 1930's style. We had a problem with the room which they did resolve so can't complain about the service. Breakfast I thought was good nice ham and cheese with choice of eggs and polish sausage, 2nd day they had Kaszanka which I love. A comfortable 15min walk from the centre of town"

"This place has everything you need. Nice location, views of the mountains from outside, secure off road parking, a shared kitchen and comfy beds with en-suite shower. Just be aware that if you pay in advance on Hotels.com the accommodation website also asks for payment and I paid again without realising. When I discovered the mistake the owner made sure I received the money back before I left. Only think that could maybe be improved is the WiFi which was at times quite slow but it did always...

"Really enjoyed my stay at Willa Cztery Pory Roku. About 25 minutes from start of Kościeliska Valley , and 15 minutes drive from Zakopane. My only negative point is that only one sachet of 3in1 coffee and one sachet of wild strawberry was at the room (i was staying 3 nights).And no cup , just a glass. But overall i had a really good stay."

"The photos are misleading, they show a different facility than the one we slept in... We've got room in other (older) building with not so good conditions. The room smelled very badly of sewage, we had to ventilate it a lot. Breakfast, on the other hand, was really delicious, it compensated us for the disadvantages and we generally remember the trip well. Someone very talented takes care of the breakfast food there."

"Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around."

"Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time rather than saving any!"
