Exactly what we expected. Rooms were clean even though the elevator was kind of gross. Friendly staff. No complaints! Near Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe if you need a bite after long travels

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,046 reviews)
This was a nice, well-maintained property. There is some noticeable wear and tear, but nothing major. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the variety offered each day! Our room was clean and had all the essentials. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, like complimentary toothbrushes, razors, and other toiletries available upon request. It was a nice touch that water was provided both at check-in and whenever requested.
Overall, the staff was helpful, and we appreciated the amenities and service. That said, I do think the staff could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. Interactions felt somewhat flat, and a little more warmth and enthusiasm would have made the overall experience even better.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
When we checked in, we requested a quiet room. The front desk associate told us that all the rooms were the same, then moved us to the side of the hotel directly facing the freeway. The traffic noise was constant throughout our stay. The air conditioner was also very loud, though it did help somewhat drown out the freeway noise.

"This was a family vacation and the biggest perk was that everyone had their own bathroom and bed. House is older, but in great shape and clean. It was a hot week, so glad they had fans. "We had an amazing time at the Rock Rest Echo Cabin. The cabin was clean and inviting when we arrived. The sunrise from the deck off of the bedroom our first morning was stunning and shared by a couple of deer wandering through as we sipped our coffee and enjoyed the scenery. The property is pet friendly, ..."
