Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. Real Hot Water! ibis Ouarzazate was a warm welcome from the night before (no heat in the building). The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. My room had a good view of the surrounding area and there were many places to eat nearby. The staff was friend but not over barring. I will lodge here the next time I am in Ouarzazate." Checking in was easy and fast. The property is pretty with orange and lemon trees everywhere. A bit of a walk for us to our room so if you have health challenges you may want to request something close to the lobby before you check in. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was just ok, but breakfast was fantastic and had a lot of good options. We also liked our room and the staff was very friendly."
