Welcome to Villa DulceVerde — Your Family’s Costa Rica Headquarters
Picture this: you open the sliding doors on your first morning and the Pacific Ocean stretches out in front of you, painted gold by the sunrise. Somewhere in the treetops, howler monkeys announce the day. Your kids are already racing to the pool. This is Pura Vida — and it’s yours for the week.
Perched in the hills above Tárcoles on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast, Sunset Villa is a brand-new, beautifully designed 2-bedroom home built for families who want the full Costa Rica experience without sacrificing comfort. With panoramic ocean views, a private pool, a fully equipped gym, fast WiFi, and a dedicated concierge to help you plan every adventure — everything has been thought of.
// The Space
At over 2,000 sq ft, the villa is spacious, modern, and designed around indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept living and dining area flows directly out to the pool deck through wide glass doors, so the ocean view is always with you — whether you’re cooking, eating, or simply relaxing on the sofa.
Living & Dining
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating for the whole family and a large dining table perfect for group meals. Step outside and you’re at the pool within seconds — ideal for keeping an eye on the kids while you relax.
The Kitchen
A fully equipped, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook real meals. Traveling with picky eaters? Stock up at the local market and make family favorites. Traveling with foodies? Fresh fish, tropical fruits, and local produce are just minutes away.
The Bedrooms
Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for rest and privacy. The villa sleeps up to 6, making it ideal for a family or two couples traveling together. Crisp linens, blackout curtains, and air conditioning ensure everyone sleeps well — even the little ones.
The Bathrooms
2.5 well-appointed bathrooms with hot water and quality finishes. No fighting over the shower in the mornings.
The Pool
Your private pool is the heart of the villa. Cool off after a morning hike, float while watching the sunset turn the Pacific orange and pink, or let the kids splash while you enjoy a cold drink on the deck. The pool area is fully private — no neighbors, no crowds.
// The Views
The sunsets here will stop you mid-sentence. From the pool deck and living area, you have unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The sky turns from gold to deep pink to purple as the sun drops into the sea — every single evening. It never gets old. Keep your camera close.
// Wildlife at Your Doorstep
Costa Rica earns its reputation here. From the villa you can expect regular sightings of:
• Scarlet Macaws / Lapas — the iconic red-and-blue parrots that fly in pairs over the canopy
• White-faced Capuchin Monkeys — curious and entertaining
• Toucans, parrots, and dozens of tropical birds
No jungle trek required. Just sit on the terrace with a coffee.
// The Gym
One of the things that sets Villa DulceVerde apart: a private, well-equipped gym right on-site. Whether you’re a family that loves to stay active or a parent who refuses to lose their routine on vacation, you’ll love having this available.
Equipment includes:
• Treadmill

// A Note From Your Hosts
We built Villa DulceVerde because we fell in love with this stretch of Costa Rica’s coast — the wildlife, the light, the pace of life. We designed it to feel like the home we’d want to stay in: spacious, private, beautifully equipped, and genuinely connected to the natural world around it.
We’re proud of our reviews, and we work hard to earn them. If there’s anything we can do to make your stay unforgettable, just say the word.
Pura Vida.
