"We had a wonderful stay at this property. As other reviewers have said, the property is even more beautiful in person. We felt welcomed immediately, especially with a delicious chocolate cake waiting for us. The kids in the group had fun in the pool, playing ping pong and soccer and seeing all the wildlife. The property is also well situated for day trips to Rome and Tivoli. We would definitely come back! Thank you Cristina and Adriano!"

"The house was big, clean and practical. The outside was as great with a nice pool and alot of different areas where you could sit both in the sun and in the shadow for those really warm days. Its a nice place to relax."

"Dieses Ferienhaus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wer die Ruhe sucht und naturverbunden ist findet ein traditionelles Ferienhaus mit drei sympathisch Katzen und drei Eseln vor. Der Garten ist sehr groß, aber überschaubar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Gute Kommunikation per WhatsApp aber auch persönlich war er oft vor Ort, da er nach seinen Tieren und den Empfindlichkeiten der Gäste fragt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden nicht zum letzten Mal hinfahren."

"If I could write a novel about this place this would be the perfect place to do it. A traditional rustic farmhouse that simply has everything single thing you need and if not the lovely host will find it. The setting is glorious. The history is wondrous and the pool is to die for. This was truly the most magical holiday. I will say that I was totally dubious owing to the fact that there were no reviews but I need not have worried. Simply stunning in every way."

"When we arrived we thought there were more quests looking at the space there was but we were the only ones. The appartment is very well equiped and beautifully decorated. The pool is clean and large. No traffic noices or anything. Just relax by the pool or sit down in the patio. The hostes lives in the same building but the place is very large. The appartment is completely seperated from the rest. We had a very good time there. When you come to relax and contemplate on life this is a good place...

"Wunderschönes Haus/ Grundstück und Pool, alles genau wie im Inserat beschriebenen. Sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und ist für Fragen vor Ort immer zu erreichen. Das fanden wir sehr gut. Wunderbare Zuganbindung von Sutri nach Rom! Supermarkt ist in 5 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ja das Haus liegt an einer Straße, aber wir haben kein Lärm empfunden. Wir können es zu 100% weiter empfehlen ;-)"

It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. "Our host was the sweetest, kindest women any of us had ever met. She provided us with food and wine in our first night and ice cream and melons on our last. She was willing to drive us to the metro early so we could catch a train to the airport. My only regret was not having a car to get into town. The metro was ~2km and many taxis and Ubers didn't want to come to our location so we unfortunately missed out on some of our plans in central Rome."

"Easy to book, lovely owner, the house really is a home from home lots of character. We did possibly go in the hottest week in August, temperatures were around 36 degrees so air con would have been nice but thats the only thing I would have liked.Otherwise a stunning house lots and lots of space for a big group the pool is amazing thanks Andrea"

"We stayed (party of 7) at Il Casale del Passatore for the first 2 weeks of July 2019 and it was a truly amazing holiday. It was our first trip to Italy and we found the area and the people wonderful and friendly. The House is exactly as described on the website.
