Steeped in history the tiny house is located on “Sydmouth Valley” which was established in1823, one of the first government grants on this side of the blue mountains. Located a quick 30 km drive from Bathurst & 20 km from Oberon there is much to see and do in the area. There are local pubs and cafes with a short drive. The eco - friendly Tiny house is completely off grid with solar power, wood heating, gas stovetop and oven. 2 queen beds, a single & a trundle.Complimentary continental breakfast provided on arrival, fresh homemade bread and jams, muesli and milk. Kitchen has all utensils etc you need to cook a meal. Wood fired heater to keep you cosy in winter. The tiny home was amazing. Fresh home made bread and jams made for a beautiful breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and we loved seeing their beautiful farm and meeting two of their highland cows. I was incorrect, the place is new and the paint was new. Just an optical illusion. They supplied Fresh Bread and Local Jams. Being Country people they offered a warm welcome. Down stairs double bedroom, with door, Upstairs was Double Bed and Single Bed, in an open environment.
