Welcome to a 5-star Villa Palazzo di Adele in Vabriga near Novigrad town, on the western coast of Istria, 2 km from the nearest beach!
The lavish villa is a part of a luxury resort that offers that has more luxury accommodation. It is located on a spacious property of 707 m2, and the villa itself has 263 m2. A peculiarity of this resort villa is a big clock, located above the front door of the villa. It will welcome you upon your arrival and remind you that you need to use every moment of your vacation in Croatia.

The kitchen area, the heart of the villa, is modern and has all the appliances needed for your cooking. The stylish living room has a flat TV and sofas. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms in the villa, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms have balconies with sitting furniture, so you can have moments of privacy. A roofed terrace will also be perfect for that.
The central position of the exterior belongs to an outdoor swimming pool of 33 m2. Deck chairs adorn the brick sundeck. Here in the privacy of the mansion, you can truly enjoy the sun. An outdoor shower will provide refreshment after sunbathing. On a charcoal grill, you can prepare traditional Istrian meals. The dining outdoor area in front will be your favorite place for dining, while the breeze is blowing.
For people who want to be fit, the villa offers bicycles. Children can play board games. Pets are welcome, on request with additional charge. Pool cleaning and gardening are included in the price. 2 parking places are at guests’ disposal.
We recommend visiting the main coastal cities, like Pula, Porec, Novigrad, Umag Rovinj. Visiting Brijuni National Park will also be a great idea.
