The owner of the apartment lives on the ground floor of the house.
The apartment has a floor area of approx. 50 sqm and consists of a kitchen with dining room, living room with pull-out sofa for two people, one double room with a French bed, shower/toilet, and a 10 sqm terrace with garden furniture. There is a private parking place attached to the house.
NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
