The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence. In the residence there is a shared use of the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table with stone benches, a games room with a pool table, flat-screen TV, sofas and armchairs. Everything is fenced. The NOEMI 3 air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the tertiary structure with three apartments. Composed of a comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200). One bedroom with two single beds, the balcony with six seats, garden chairs and table. The girono area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with six seats and an equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette has three electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet.
