The apartment is located in a residence of 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence. In the residences there are available for shared use the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches, the playroom for children and adults with pool table, flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence. In the structure there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The air-conditioned apartment is on the first floor of the main building, accessible by an internal staircase. Consisting of a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a safe and an exit to the balcony with garden furniture. The balcony overlooks the pool area. The living area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with four seats, an equipped kitchenette and an exit to the balcony which is also connected to the bedroom. The equipped kitchenette has two electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet. The grocery store, the church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within 100 -250 m. The tourist train station that takes you to the beaches (sandy, gravel and rocky) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is 50 m from the property (the price of a ride per person 10 hrk cca € 1.40 ). Near the aoutodrome, tennis courts and horse riding center. The port of Santa Marina where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen of the area at only 3.4 km. The strong point of the village of Tar is the tranquility and 'to be a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away. Tar (Tower) is a small village of farmers and fishermen only 5 km from Poreč (Porec). In recent years there has been a lot of development, full of apartments and beautiful villas with rented pools, several excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian and German menus, bars, children's playgrounds, supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, horse riding center and much more. In the summer months in the country they organize frequent and various events very interesting for tourists. They organize parties, dances, tastings and presentations of wines, olive oil and typical Croatian menus. Positiv: Der Pool ist grossartig, das Personal sehr nett. Die Gegend und der Ort ist auch super. Alles zu Fuss in 3 Minuten zu erreichen Baecker, Supermarkt und sehr gute Restaurants. Verschiedene Straende in der Umgebug sehr gut erreichbar in wenigen fahr Minuten, wir waren fast jeden Tag an einem Anderen. Es war ein sehr schoener Urlaub.Negativ: Die Preise in Kroatien haben sehr angezogen. Der Preis fuer die Unterkunft war sehr gut, aber man sollte viel viel mehr Geld, fuer alles andere einplanen. Die Treppen zum Raum NOA-1 ist gefaehrlich, sie sind glatt und einige Stufen unterschiedlich lang und hoch(sehr gut festhalten, jeder von uns ist hier gefallen bzw. ausgerutscht). Aufgrund einer defekten Klimaanlage direkt neben unseren Balkon war es sehr laut, ebenso durch den Spielraum unter dem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Der Spielraum wurde durch anderen Reisende ruecksichtslos, bis sehr spaet in die Nacht genutzt. Als alle anderen weg waren war es auf einen schlag sehr ruhig. Also man ist sehr involviert in das Leben der Anderen und kann hier Glueck oder Pech haben. Zusammenfassung: Sehr schoen, wir kommen sehr wahrscheinlich wieder. Das einzige was man sich ansehen sollte ist diese Treppe und die Steckdose auf dem Balkon, Rest ist Toll.
