Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pool und Garten sind sehr schön. Die vorbeigehen Straße hat uns nicht gestört. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft, genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind super gepflegt, das Grundstück eingezäunt und sehr schön bewachsen, die Besitzer total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Appartment sehr sauber und zweckmäßig, schöner Balkon. Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt in ca. 1,5 km, zum Meer ca. 6 km, gut mit Auto u Fahrrad zu erreichen. SEHR NETTE Besitzer wohnt mit im Haus ! und pflegt die Anlage tagtäglich und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Nach Porec zum Strand rund 10min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dort sind Top vorhanden. Schnackenplage im August extrem nervig ab spätnachmittags. Zum Essengehen wird Auto benötigt da in 2 km weit und breit nichts ist ! Die Vermieter sind überaus (kinder-) freundlich. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der große Garten mitsamt Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.
