This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully equipped with a private entrance and private outdoor space. Also includes an additional outdoor room with a fireplace for days when you want that outside feeling but it's too cold to be outside! The apartment is clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need with granite counter tops, 2 burners, and a convection/microwave/air fryer combo. The bedroom is a comfortable and relaxing space with black out curtains and a cozy down comforter for days you want to sleep in. The bathroom is modern and stylish with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Private washer and dryer in unit along with a/c and heat. All utilities included, including wifi. The TV has a Roku with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney + and many other channels. The apartment is on the lower level of a family home with 5 steps to the entrance. There is parking for one car. Easy access to public transportation.
