Kinda isolated, Kinda love it! Pool and beach were my only requirements and i was able to enjoy both~

A million good things to say about this hotel. Our check-in team was incredibly friendly. When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations. The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you to take care of your needs. We will definitely come back. The hotel’s designer is also a genius—the property is beautifully laid out. The pools have great depth for little kids, and the whole place is very family-friendly with thoughtful safety considerations throughout.

This hotel is a combination of luxurious accommodations, thoughtful details, and outstanding staff. I would recommend it to anyone looking for unforgettable stay.

The property is beautiful and the room very comfortable. The live music at the restaurant was a wonderful surprise and the service and food was excellent. The included tours were also amazing and yielded some of our best pics! Shout out to Steven, incredibly talented musician and the whole staff!
