This 2 bedroom/1.75 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features TVs in each bedroom and a TV with a VCR/ DVD player in the living room. There are balconies off each bedroom and there are front and back porches. It also has a gas fireplace that has a thermostat, and has a washer & dryer for your convenience. There are 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. We are near the ski area and fishing in the summer. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St. There is also a free town Trolley service available to take you around town. \*Valley Condo Unit 104 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (dogs only) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00/pet. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. We loved our time at the Valley Condos and will stay here again! For a mom of three boys it was a perfect getaway-stay. They played on the river and playground within sight of me and even met some new friends. Kitchen was fine, but could use some spices and love.
