Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr schön und gemütlich, liebevoll gepflegt und im positiven Sinne "funktional kompakt", trotzdem aber mit ausreichendem Bewegungsfreiraum. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist daher immer ansprechbar, sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, es gab von ihr sogar kleine Gastgeschenke.
