Serene 1-bedroom house in lovely Tannay perfect for relaxing getaway

The detached gîte (55 m²), located less than 250 km from Paris, is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Tannay (58800) and was completely renovated in '22/'23. The gîte is fully equipped (Wi-Fi, TV, stereo system, washing machine, oven-microwave combo, 2 bicycles, stroller, etc.).

The cottage consists of a living room, a kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200), and a bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower and a separate toilet. The living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor.

The cottage is suitable for 2 adults and one child up to approximately 4 years old.
The garden (700 m²) faces south. The covered patio offers shade. In the evening, you can enjoy a breathtaking starry sky!

The gîte is located on the outskirts of Tannay, a charming hilltop village overlooking the Yonne Valley. Here you’ll find the Super-U supermarket, a bakery, a deli, a wine cellar, and several bars. The charming towns of Clamecy and Corbigny are 13 and 16 km away, respectively. There are countless hiking opportunities right around the gîte. There is also plenty of nature in the area: the Canal du Nivernais and the Yonne River are just 2 km away (within walking distance). In 15 minutes, you can reach the lakes of Baye and Vaux, and the Morvan Regional Nature Park is also nearby. It’s also definitely worth visiting the beautiful towns in the region, such as Vézelay and Auxerre.

Tannay has a train station.
