"We stayed a week and glad we did. The cottage is in a great location with surrounding bush and farm land. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The slow combustion fire kept us warm at night and the bedding is comfortable, The location is quiet and peaceful, and communication with the hosts was excellent. It is a "country" property so not ideal if you're looking for a lively experience but it was perfect for us this time. The whole set-up would also be ideal for several families who want to holiday together but have their own space. We had a little mouse in the blankets (lots of mouse problems in NSW over the past couple of years) and problems with the plumbing and couldn't contact the estate...

"Perfect location and size of house for a family of 7 with easy access to everything. Only a few housekeeping suggestions - fans in the back bedrooms would be really nice as they can get quite stuffy. Also, there were plenty of bath towels but only one face washer and one bath mat. Laundry was available but this was slim for 7 people, especially since I called ahead to ask if we needed to bring any linens and was told no, everything was provided. Yet they refused to provide more when I asked. ...
