"We had a fabulous Mother’s Day weekend at Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. It also happened to be Country Weekend, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. The entertainment was a huge plus and created such an amazing atmosphere throughout the weekend. The lobby bar staff and pool staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and welcoming, especially on Mother’s Day. They truly went above and beyond to make all the moms feel special and taken care of. From the beautiful property to the great energy and outstanding customer service, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the whole team for making our Mother’s Day celebration so enjoyable and unforgettable. We will definitely be back!"

"We booked two rooms at Pier 60 Hotel based on a previous positive experience, but unfortunately this recent stay was one of the most inconvenient hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. Only one elevator was operational in what appeared to be a very busy hotel. There were approximately 14 people waiting for the elevator for over 15 minutes, with additional groups waiting on nearly every floor. Because of this, our group of four was forced to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs just to reach check-in. Once we finally got settled, the air conditioning throughout the hotel seemed inconsistent and unreliable. To make matters worse, the shower in one of our rooms did not work at all just Drips no matter what we did,  When we brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, the response from the staff member was rude and dismissive. We were told, “Well, you must not know how to use a handicap shower,” rather than receiving assistance or a proper explanation. No effort was made to resolve the issue, and we were simply handed a card and told to contact management because they were not onsite. Throughout our stay, many areas of the hotel appeared to need repairs or maintenance, and the front desk staff repeatedly blamed the issues on the “new management team.” Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of concern, professionalism, or apology for the inconvenience we experienced. We chose Pier 60 "

"I like the place it was clean little pricey, but it was a Saturday on Clearwater Beach so what do you expect? Staff was super cool. room had a fun view. It was nice. I liked it. Fun place to stay if you decide last minute to stay in town but book early in the day. We checked in around four and the whole hotel was booked out by 8P. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a shower door and water got everywhere. For me personally I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t get the breakfast sandwich for my free breakfast option. For 20 bucks for two people it wasn’t anything to write home about, but it was nice that the lady at the counter cooked my eggs to order, she was very friendly too. Those are pretty much the only cons. I would stay here again if I was in town, preferably not on a weekend."

"The shower tub backed up while showering so I washed up in the sink. Was not going to bother with reporting for if one does the right correct check ups then"
