Lovely quaint property. Clean room, lacks air conditioning but we had own fan so slept well. Great breakfast, lovely lady manning breakfast and reception.

The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did.
Apart from that the flat was nice, clean.

The hotel is really convenient for all famous sights, we arrived early afternoon and after leaving our suitcases at the hotel we stepped across the road to see the Pétrusse casements, the cathedral, the monument dedicated to the Jewish people in www and the gelle fra (golden lady) war memorial with the views across the valley. Then walk 100 yds into town for dinner. it was so clean everywhere ~ even the mat covering the lift floor was changed daily. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the apples that were placed on our bedside tables. The ladies in the dining room were so polite and helpful, as were all the staff. The choice of food at breakfast was wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A fantastic place to stay.
