Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Zip And Link 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom 2: Galleried, Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Rear garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 3 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a kingsize bed upon request. The cottage boasts an open well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher, living and dining room with access to an open garden and a private patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning countryside views. Well-behave dogs are welcome, even horses are welcome by prior arrangement. The cottage is designed for relaxation after a day exploring the local attractions. Whether you’ve been to an exhibition at the NEC or enjoyed the Birmingham sights, The Granary provides a serene countryside escape. The working farm setting, complete with horses and traditional beef cattle, adds a unique touch to your stay. The farm’s hilltop location provides panoramic views and convenient access to local shops, pubs, and various takeaways.
