Hotellihuone oli erittäin tilava,viihtyisä ja siisti. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja aamiais henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen.Ravintolatilat oli aamiaiselle erittäin epäkäytännölliset kun asiakkaita oli paljon ja tilat sokkeloiset jonottamiseen. Illallisella tarjoilijoita oli vain kaksi vaikka hotelli oli täynnä.Ruokalistat piti itse pyytää,tilaamisen tekemistä piti odottaa kauan ja ruoan tulo kesti tunnin.Jälkiruoka listat piti itse hakea puolen tunnin odottelun jälkeen ja tarjoilija oli ylimielinen pitkine rakennekynsineen.
