"Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and the reception staff were very friendly too. The hotel is very conveniently located for travellers accessing the North of Ireland (the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick a Rede ropeswing and walk), or for travel via Belfast port or airport. However, the handy location and convenience does come with some noise from the shopping complex on the same site and dual carriageways nearby. We also wondered whether the internal hotel room doors could be fitted with some sort of soft-close mechanism, to help minimise the sound of doors slamming late at night and early morning. We didn't eat at the Bistro next door so can't comment on that, but it is very handy for those who check in late or who want a breakfast."

"We were at a wedding check in was perfect and the whole day was perfect. The food was delicious. Rooms are beautiful and clean but most importantly the bed was so comfortable and lovely soft sheets. I would like a room with a walk in shower though rather than over bath, but wouldn’t put me off staying again. "

"Our stay was really good. The hotel was quiet even though there was a wedding taking place. The staff where helpful and friendly. The room was a standard hotel room nothing special but it was clean and that suits us. The restaurant food was good and tasty it was a really slick service. My partner ordered the half duck but it must have been a duckling instead. It was the smallest "half duck" we have ever seen and it was over cooked but still enjoyed it. I ordered the pasta which was very tasty and a huge portion. We did three courses and when the bill came I nearly fell down - but wages need paid and the lights need to stay on! One thing we would say is the hotel is great, we would come back. My last piece here is a final comment on the hotel restaurant dessert menu - it's old style and out of date. I'm veggie and I can guarantee ( being an old chef myself) that I will be offered a pasta or rice dish and at best a veggie burger. The menu is meat heavy and if your vegan - forget it! Kitchen staff - where's your inspiration!? Anyway, big thank you to all the staff but particularly the ladies on reception. With love, ❤️"
