Within Hacienda Pinilla, you will find numerous activities to enjoy: golf, tennis, surfing, three exclusive beaches, 40 km of MTB trails, restaurants, and a Beach Club. The Accommodation Xanadu Dreams is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home with a private pool located in the garden, exclusively for its guests. This house is surrounded by lush nature, offering a private pool, a spacious deck for group gatherings, a gas BBQ, a minibar, and an ice machine. It also features a beautiful wooden dining table perfect for family meals. Outdoor amenities include: Foosball table Hammocks Gas BBQ Inside, you’ll enjoy an immense living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. All areas are fitted with independent air conditioning and ceiling fans. Laundry room available with a washer and dryer for guest use. Guest Access Guests will have full access to the house and the private pool, reserved exclusively for Xanadu Dreams guests. Additional Information Guests will also have access to Hacienda Pinilla’s amenities, including: Golf course Beach Club MTB Trails Tennis courts Pickleball courts Please note: Access to these amenities requires an additional fee. We have a Beach Club membership, allowing access for $10 per person, which is fully consumable at the restaurant (only required for guests over 10 years old). Important: The Beach Club is closed for maintenance for two weeks in October. Please check with your host for the exact dates, as they vary each year. House Rules No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. No Parties: To maintain a peaceful environment and respect the neighbors, parties are not allowed.
