On the first floor you will find the kitchen and living space.The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is also a spacious outdoor dining area and wooden patio where friends and families can enjoy meals together. Next to the kitchen you will find a spacious and comfortable living area with a large sofa and smart TV. On the second floor you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, and TV. There is also a washer and dryer in this unit as well as an outdoor shower. We will greet you if you want or offer self check in. You let us know your preference, and will be available to answer all your questions and help you with everything you need. The townhome is located in the heart of town. Walking is the best way to get around. QUICK‑START INSIDE • Tap water is safe to drink. One 5‑gal dispenser bottle provided; refills are on you. • Wi‑Fi: network & password are on the router (next to the TV). • A/C: keep at 24 °C / 75 °F. Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed. • TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out. • Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach. I couldn't say enough about how great the location was for this townhome. 4 minutes to the beach, a little grocery store down our street and amazing bakery across from thestore. And basically did not need a car, everything was walkable. When we tired of the beach we came back to a nice communal pool, which half the time we were the only ones in it. The accommodations were overall very good, it was nice to have our own washer/dryer in our townhome. The only problem we had, we could not figure out how to turn the oven on.
