Hauler monkeys pass through our property trees tops all the time so look up if you hear them & take some pictures! PuraVida! To respect every guest right to a good night sleep, nature around us ( howler monkeys, birds and other species live in our neighborhood tree tops) and our and neighbors, our Quiet Time Policy is 9 pm to 9 am. Quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am it means no music allowed outside your Unit or if inside the music is ON , it should be low enough so your next door guests cannot hear it. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Every detail was provided in advance and we had very few questions. Home was very clean and contained all of the features we needed to be self-sufficient during our trip. Local contact in the event of issues and activity recommendations was helpful in making our selection over other venues. Traveling with small children and we felt the property offered a lot of security in the way of safety features. ##### T. V.
