To respect every guest right to a good night sleep, nature around us ( howler monkeys, birds and other species live in our neighborhood tree tops) and our and neighbors, our Quiet Time Policy is 9 pm to 9 am. Quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am it means no music allowed outside your Unit or if inside the music is ON , it should be low enough so your next door guests cannot hear it. The inside of the apartment was good, most everything we needed was there. There were a few maintenance issues but most were addressed quickly.Unfortunately the pool was not accessible for one of our party. There are no steps/stairs & it is difficult to get in & out. Make sure you have WhatsApp as that is what the Property Manager as well as most others use to communicate.
