To respect every guest right to a good night sleep, nature around us ( howler monkeys, birds and other species live in our neighborhood tree tops) and our and neighbors, our Quiet Time Policy is 9 pm to 9 am. Quiet time from 9 pm to 9 am it means no music allowed outside your Unit or if inside the music is ON , it should be low enough so your next door guests cannot hear it. Lovely unit in a nice location, just far enough off the beaten path to feel like you’re getting a bit of authentic CR with all the modern conveniences. The property manager was very helpful with recommendations and responded quickly to our inquiries. Living area sliders fully open to a private plunge pool. The only downside was that construction was happening right in front of the unit so it was quite loud during the day. Thankfully we were out and about so the noise didn’t bother us but if you were trying to work remotely or had a baby napping this could be an issue. Overall, a wonderful stay! ##### Emily O.
