Find yourself near amazing attractions, including Playa Tamarindo (within walking distance), Playa Avellanas, Playa Grande, Playa Potrero, Playa Penca, Playa Negra, ATV tours, canopy tours, sunset cruises, beachfront restaurants, and parties and activities every night in Tamarindo.  
  
This third-floor home away from home grants you access to a community outdoor pool where you can cool down and sunbathe to your heart's content! Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Show off your cooking skills and prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all major appliances. Then, retreat to the inviting living room to relax as you stream a fun show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. From here, you can easily access one of the two balconies - this is a wonderful spot to unwind with your favorite beverage in hand. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary suite features a private balcony. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and partial AC.

The location of this condo was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping and most importantly the beach. The condo was spacious and kitchen had everything you need. Had a great balcony that was in the shade all day. Nice poolHowever the furniture was not very comfortable in the leaving room. There are 2 bedrooms but it would be more for a family with kids than 2 couples. If you have mobility issues there are a lot of stairs. Seemed like the condo had been sprayed for insects when we first but by the end of our two weeks it must have warn off as we were seeing more ants. Overall it was a good condo and you can’t beat the location
