This condo was on the first floor with everyone walking by to get to the other condos was the only downfall. The property managers said to put our bags in the lobby but there really isn’t one. The guard who doesn’t speak English wouldn’t let us get anywhere near the building. We finally used Google translate and he took our bags. The beach club let us get our wristbands and hang out there while we waited on the condo. It is a short walk or golf cart ride into town. The property mgt company helped organize a ride back to the airport that showed up on time. Overall it was a great experience. ##### Jamie R. It is far enough away from the hustle of Tamarindo center yet close enough to walk over to enjoy the amenities. We enjoyed having access to the beach club and beach when not visiting other beaches and national parks and really appreciated the parking facilities. The location is easy waking distance to town and access to the beach and the beach club was nice and convenient. Only two small things with the property. The microwave wouldn't work. The manager came and said it was a known issue. He went through a sequence of things to try and it would work most the time after several tries. It should have been replaced. The only other thing was the master bed creeked loudly anytime you moved and would wake either me or my wife if one of us moved in our sleep. Overall a good experience. ##### Bryan B. (Belated for my daughter since she graduated during Covid) The property is the perfect location for nearby restaurants, shopping and surfing. My son loves to surf hit the waves both morning and evening for our entire stay. He was so happy and worn out! Renting a golf cart was perfect for going places a bit further than we wanted to walk. Rafa was our concierge and made everything perfect for us! He was available for our questions and/or help with arranging tours our anything else we needed both before& during our trip. He was amazing! Access to the Langosta Beach Club was especially nice when we needed quick access to the beach or pool. The cabanas are wonderful for having time by the pool but also allow a breeze & a break from the sun. Joseph was also available for us to help with anything we needed. He was extremely nice & accommodating for our entire 5 day trip! From our condo and the beach club, we saw literally 20-25 howler monkeys crossing to a new location in the tree tops (near the pool). We saw iguanas, interesting looking squirrel type animals, hummingbirds, and beautiful parrots & lots of other birds. This was my 2nd visit to CR and I was so pleased with all the nature and animals we had right where we stayed!
