Casa Pochote, spread across more than an acre of forest, is the secluded retreat you are looking for! Decorated to highlight local art and respect for nature, this luxury villa is truly unique. There are 5 bedrooms/7 beds, each with their own en suite bathrooms with balcony or garden access. Also included are 2 additional toilets, 3 outdoor showers, 14m infinity pool, gym, office, bar/game room, multiple outdoor seating & dining areas, orchards, and walking paths. Beach club access included.

Casa Pochote is in a luxury gated community with 24 hour security.

You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. The day prior to your arrival, we will provide you with all codes and check-in information.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will ask for your mobile number to create a group chat. This will allow us to manage any special requests, arrange for housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, and will allow us to send you recommendations for car rentals, tours, restaurants, and more.

We only live a few minutes away and are available should you need us!

Casa Pochote comes includes with 4 hours of housekeeping and cooking (with your own ingredients), Mondays-Saturdays (not including official holidays). Also included with your reservation is VIP access to the Langosta Beach Club (free on-site secured parking, gym and pool access, and 24 hours advance priority reservations for poolside cabanas are included)! Spa, surf/water sports, food, and beverages are at personal cost.
