Well established yard that runs all around with north and east facing decks, gas grill, and patio furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. Let the outside in with a wall of windows that face out into the lovely yard and forest beyond. Sink into the cushy leather couches and oversized chairs in an open living space of warm, natural wood and rustic elegance. Table dining for six and counter dining for a few more - include the cook in all the fun and good conversation about the day's adventures. This private home accommodates up to eight guests happy and tired after a long day of play. Enjoy air-conditioned comfort during the summer months. Downstairs is a bunk room with an adult twin over queen size bunk set and hall access to a full bathroom with tub and shower. Ascend the spiral staircase to the loft and sleeping area where you'll find a twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle and a recessed bedroom with a king-sized bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower (please note: the spiral staircase going upstairs is narrow). The house boasts a large circular drive for easy access and plenty of vehicle and trailer parking for your sleds and boat. Bring your bikes and pack your walking shoes – the house is in a great neighborhood for walking and cycling and is less than a quarter mile from McCall's rail trail. Don't forget your poles (and fishing license too) as the scenic Payette River is accessible from the neighborhood. Take a tour of the nearby McCall Smokejumper Base and be sure to tell our wildland firefighters thanks for all they do. Winter visitors are less than a half mile from the Activity Barn tubing hill and Nordic trail network. This property's garage is used as a game room. The spiral staircase going upstairs is narrow and the recessed bedroom does not have a closing door. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. NO parties or events are allowed at this property. Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. In a quiet neighborhood close to McCall, it was right in the woods. We loved the big lawn and our dog had fun playing fetch in it. The hot tub and pool table were really fun amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything and the house was very clean. It is an older home but fit all of our needs. We loved the hot tub, the mountain like scenery, and the quiteness. The horse shoe pits on the back of the property were a special treat, and the firepit as well (even though we didn't use it). They place gave the feel of camping in the woods but with all the wonderful accomodations of being in town. The bedroom with the king size bed has a door. We had a wonderful time. The only negative was when the landscaping people came to mow the lawn right at dinner time when we were sitting down to eat. Very loud so we ended up leaving as our dog was going crazy. A little heads up would have been nice more maybe could schedule to come during the times the house is vacant. We did contact the property management and found out that it was the owners who scheduled this to be done, so no fault of the property management. ##### Gary K. It’s so cute and cozy! They had little kid sleds in garage to play in the snow, pack & play crib, baby gate and high chair for our 18 month old. There’s a nice heated foyer to take your snow gear off or keep dogs in. Hottub was nice addition as well! We so enjoyed spending the holiday here!! ##### Kelsey L. The cabin was awesome, it felt super homey, was very clean, the humongous windows were amazing, and we loved having a private hot tub.
