The biggest issues with this hotel are the food and the feeling there’s cost cutting at every corner. I paid $136 a night and for Bali there are much better deals to be had. The beds are great, pool sparkling. Dinner was awful, breakfast so so. Mosquito nets were needing a wash. Water Provided was in the smallest bottles available, no soap at basin, one roll toilet paper and staff were mainly trainees. Trainees are fine if well supervised but dragging out suitcases half off the ramp so the soft part dragged up the concrete edge should be avoided. This is beutiful place in very quite location. Just 150 yards/meters from the beach. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Tropical piridise. Many small cute birds and geckos on the property. Very spacious open-air bathroom. Several stores and restourans withing walking distance. Love everything about this place…

Very good! I would recommend and go back. In my next visit I would love to see more effort (and/or communication) made around sustainable practises (water recuperation, solar panel, less plastic in the bathroom, ...) and where does the food come from (does this hotel support local farming?) and if it is organic.…

Hotel di gran fascino ideato da un famoso architetto australiano (https://www.architecturaldigest.com/story/green-amid-blue-article) composto da sole 5 ville tipo palafitte, tutte in legno, costruite a Sumatra e trasportate a Bali. Vera oasi di pace e serenità in perfetto stile indonesiano, immersa nella natura e nella tranquillità. La strada di accesso è un po’ difficile da trovare e si inoltra sterrata nella foresta. È sul mare ma non ha spiaggia; ha però una bellissima piscina fronte mare.
