There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. Karena kondisi sudah terlalu malam, dan anak2 sudah mengantuk, akhirnya saya...
