About this property

Ideal for families and friends surrounded by mountainous and rugged landscapes

  • Rural house of slate, stone and wood, typical of the area of Black Architecture, located in the town of Palancares, one of the towns of Ocejón (2048 meters), on the route of the black villages, near Madrid, surrounded by mountainous and rugged landscapes, with native forest, ideal to spend a dream vacation in the comfort of a home for a romantic getaway, family or friends. With a comfortable interior and fully equipped to spend a few pleasant days and which of course could not miss the fireplace to give a romantic touch.

    The house has 2 bedrooms with its terrace, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed (with which it could exceptionally be occupied by 6 people) and is located in the center of town.

    Fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, heating, TV and Wi-Fi for free. From its terrace you can see the Ocejón peak with unforgettable sunsets.

    Palancares is located within the area of Black Architecture, in the period of declaration of UNESCO as a world heritage site, you can make several bicycle routes, hiking and / or mountain. It is adjacent to Valverde de los Arroyos (one of the 25 most beautiful villages in Spain) from where you can access the spectacular Despeñalagua jetties of 120 mt. of height only 30 minutes walking on a very easy path. Close to the property there is a bar restaurant.
