### L'atelier - Taller - Gîte

What an ideal location for a vacation! On the road to the beaches, 25 minutes from the ocean and 10 minutes from Dax, this former workshop is taking on a new life. This cottage is accessible to people with disabilities. It has been awarded the Tourism and Handicap label for mental and hearing disabilities. This single-story cottage includes a fitted kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. Living room (TV, telephone with limited access), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 2 bathrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (one walk-in shower and toilet), pantry with washing machine, dressing room, and air conditioning. Baby equipment available (changing table, high chair, and a small wooden crib). 15 m² covered terrace. 1000 m² private unfenced land. Garden furniture, fixed barbecue, and swing. Located in the village, near Dax. On a 6,000 m² plot of land owned by the owner. For more than one animal, please contact us.
