Little disappointed with two of the bedrooms. One was actually a master bedroom closet very small, could barely walk in it. The other bedroom was very small and hot with no fan. We went to Walmart and bought a fan. All of the other bedrooms and common rooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for preparing meals. There were 7 of us and we fit very comfortably. We were able to have family dinners and a small gathering with other families on the property. We did not have to worry about making reservations at restaurants and over priced hotel rooms. The Farm House is located about 30-35 minutes from FSU and it is a bit remote but it makes up for this in many ways. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable— washer/dryer, coffee makers, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, large screened porch with table, seating area and grill. It sits on 4 acres and you can even visit their chickens! It was great to have room outdoors for the kids to run around. The house is spacious and the dining table out on the porch was great. There are plenty of linens provided and the kitchen had what we needed though we didn't do a lot of cooking as we were out and about most of our stay. We arrived to a problem that meant the house had no electricity but the neighbor was very kind and checked on us immediately and the owner responded quickly and had people out to fix the problem as soon as possible. The St. Mark's bike trail is lovely and runs right behind the property. There are several very nice bikes but they are all adult sized except one that is older kid sized so no family bike rides for us. My husband did enjoy a ride with my son. While this property is advertised as a 4 bedroom, I feel this is misleading. The 4th "bedroom" is the walk in closet of the Master bedroom that has a set of bunkbeds squeezed into it. This still worked for us but if you need 4 bedrooms that each have their own privacy, this probably will not work for you. Overall, it was an enjoyable trip and we would stay again. ##### Jessica W. The owner thought of everything, from bicycles to use one the amazing bike path close by to USB charging ports on the nightstands. Close friends and I spent this weekend to get away from our busy lives to celebrate us and what we achieved. We wanted to feel comfortable and safe in our stay and that’s exactly what we got.
