My room with a king size bed had a musty locker room smell to it.
The hallway carpets need to be vacuumed more. There were pieces of Kleenex or paper on the three different floors of the hotel that I traveled.
One of the elevator buttons was broke and the stainless steel panel where the buttons are situated was loose and rattling
The television didn’t act or perform up to par
The hotel staff is over the top wonderful though, they are a great group of people and should be commended for their great work!

The room was clean. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Plenty of towels provided. No body cream. Front desk gave complimentary water bottles when asked. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.
