"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"
Kauai Bay House – Oceanfront w/ A/C & PBAC

"Gorgeous view of the bay and golf course with the sound of the crashing waves! Kitchen well stocked and the location was nice. Sunrise from one side of the house and could see the sunset from the beach a few steps away. Traditional Hawaiian house with gorgeous palm trees which we loved plus having AC on the first floor living area and downstairs bedrooms was a plus. Also extra fans available if needed. Nice washer and dryer. Need to bring your own detergent. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella a nice plus. Also Enjoyed having a table and chairs under the covered patio. Only concern: Would recommend putting a blackout blind in the windows of the first floor bedrooms as they are sheer and the house next door left the flood lights on all night. Also a light shines very bright at the harbor. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Waimea Plantation Cottages! Everyone on the staff was warm and welcoming, but we especially want to recognize Sky at the front desk. She was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable, and she made us feel very well taken care of. Our cottage was well maintained and very clean. The AC worked beautifully—it stayed nice and crisp inside, and the air smelled fresh, with none of the musty or moldy smell you sometimes encounter in humid climates. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen, which was easy and convenient to cook in. The only minor suggestions would be to add a wire-mesh strainer to the kitchen sink to keep food debris out of the drain and possibly replace or repair the microwave, since it didn’t heat very well. These were small inconveniences and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We had a great time and would happily stay here again. The cottages are charming and comfortable, but the wonderful hospitality is what really made our visit special."

"Liz and Chad are delightful people!! Attentive, thoughtful, helpful, kind, cheerful, AND they give you all the privacy you want.This house is directly behind their home, but you are tucked into a little oasis. It is private, quiet, and inviting. The yard is landscaped thoughtfully. The hot tub and outdoor seating area are clean and comfortable. The outdoor grill is fantastic. The driveway is very handy for loading and unloading from your daily adventures.The house is spotless. They have thought of everything. Having the washer/dryer right inside the door is brilliant. The AC and fans cool the place down quickly. The kitchen is full sized and stocked with everything you could need. Right in the middle of the family room so we could enjoy cooking and being together. The furniture throughout is in great shape, newer, nice quality, and comfy.We spent most of our time on the lanai. Comfy chairs, ceiling fans, table...tucked in perfectly on the property.This is a VERY quiet part of the island. Not near the tourist spots, safe beaches, shops, etc. We fell in love with the westside! But, you will need a car (actually rent a JEEP...game changer for accessibility to the hidden gems on the island). Every day is a new adventure on this island.Also...Nice beach gear.Coolers were helpful.Big showers.VERY well maintained!If you cook...there is fish wholesaler (Kauai Fresh Fish) that sells to the public once a week-ish. Near the airport. Changed our trip notably!Have fun!!!"

"Such a beautiful property!!! Being that it was just my 4 yo daughter & it being tucked away off the Main Street, it made for a more safe and secure feeling in such a spacious home. Truly everything and more than described!! The toys & games that were provided were a plus! Super family friendly. The cleanliness of home was immaculate. Highly recommend. Communication with owner, Melissa was very easy & such quick responses. Mahalo Nui Loa to you and your Ohana for sharing such a beautiful space to stay. I would gladly stay here again! Mahalo!"

"The house was great. The only disappointment was that the central air wasn’t working. There were window units in each bedroom though so we slept very well. A GREAT spot for a big gathering."
