The staff were extremely helpful. The room was great, but the A/C is limited. Staff brought us a room fan as there was a heat wave. There was road construction in front of the entrance, but it was still quiet in the room.

We loved this hotel - beautiful location in the Black Forest, we were travelling on motorbikes and there are amazing routes all round. The spa was fantastic, especially loved the pool and the panoramic sauna; the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind; the food was excellent- we had dinner there one night and breakfast there on both mornings and all were excellent. Would love to go back.
